Does the solution need AI?
No. A simpler form, a reliable connection, or a better report may be enough. We use AI for a defined task when it helps, with human review where the work calls for it.

What about support after launch?
The project includes the handoff described in its scope. Ongoing care is optional. Support responsibilities, fees, and response expectations are agreed separately before you rely on them.
