About PHP Business Solutions
Good businesses deserve better systems.
We help small and midsize businesses connect the information, people, and processes that keep work moving. From the first conversation through the working system, you have a direct line to the person building it.

A business partner. A real person.
Knows the work.
Builds what helps.
Nolan Lavergne started PHP Business Solutions to help businesses spend less time managing the work around the work.
His background combines business finance with hands-on experience in billing, reporting, data, and team leadership. He understands both sides of the problem: what a broken process costs the business and what it takes to build a system people will use.
The way we see it
Technology should make the day feel a little less complicated.
Most businesses don’t need another tool to manage. They need the tools they already have to work together, and a few well-built systems to fill the gaps.
That takes someone willing to understand the business as carefully as the technology. It’s why finance, operations, and hands-on building all belong at the same table.
See how that becomes a working systemWhat you can expect
Good work.
Without the mystery.
- 01
Listen before reaching for a tool.
The people doing the work usually know where it breaks. We start there: the extra steps, the missing information, the report everyone waits for. Then we agree on what better would look like.
- 02
Make the system understandable.
Your team should know what happens next, who owns a decision, and where to go when something needs attention. Clear explanations, sensible controls, and useful documentation belong in the finished work.
- 03
Stay accountable to the outcome.
We start with a focused release and measure the change together. Time returned, fewer corrections, faster responses. We build from what works and stay available as the business changes.
PHP means People Helping People.
PHP Business Solutions and LVG Systems are one company, operated by Lavergne Systems LLC. The same people, the same partnership, a name that puts our purpose up front.
